Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken or has taken possession of the goods. E-Mail: shop@sergitallo.com by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract (purchase), we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment

Cancellation in the event of unavailability

TALLO shall cancel the contract if the goods ordered (or part thereof) are not available for reasons for which TALLO is not responsible. In this case, TALLO shall inform the customer immediately of the non-availability and reimburse the customer's counter-performance without delay.

Some refunds NOT considered

The statutory right of return and refund pursuant to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code) does not exist in accordance with § 312 g BGB (German Civil Code) for, among other cases:

- When a product has been customized with personal details such as initials, names, dates or specific designs.

- When you have made a mistake with a size that does NOT follow the standard measurement chart (i.e. XS, S, M, L, XL...) or it has been specially made-to-measure. For example, for a belt, we would need your exact measurements to custom -make it.

- When, for safety and hygiene reasons, a specified product has had contact with the genital area, such as cockrings, jockstraps, etc.

If the mistake was made by us, it prevails over all the previous examples, and a return will be processed and refunded.

DISCLAIMER

TALLO is a company based in Germany and is governed by German law. We only create and sell items whose legality is beyond doubt. However, legislation varies from country to country, so the legality of importing or receiving certain products may vary in your country of residence/receipt.

We follow the customs regulations of the European Union (EU) and ensure proper export, but when a product of ours leaves the European jurisdiction, we are no longer bound by the customs procedures of the receiving country. All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT) will be borne by the customer.

As a consumer, you must know and comply with the laws of your own country or the country of receipt.

TALLO is also not responsible for items that are opened, lost, withheld, or confiscated by the postal or customs authorities of the receiving country. In the event of any incident or legal problem, the responsibility for such a situation shall be borne by the customer.
